1. Standard: Transit times can vary HUGELY. Typical transit times are 10-21 days but occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs. We don't have any control over your country's customs officials, so please understand the risk of delay. This isn't common, but it happens occasionally.

Personalized orders sometimes get held up if we don’t have all the info we need. If you make sure you leave complete personalization details in the notes when you checkout, it will help avoid delays :)
Delivery time may vary depending on weather conditions, post offices, carriers and other unforeseeable circumstances.
Customs/Duty charges for international orders: We have no control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates! Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that we have no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping charges. So please find out about your country’s customs and duty policies if you’re concerned.

We will not be responsible for any case of mail marked as delivered, but was actually stolen/lost. For mails marked as ‘undelivered’, please contact us.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All items are handcrafted and customized with care therefore we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges on jewelry unless the fault was ours. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so if you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us to see if we can solve the issue!
Payment
ETSY handles all payment transactions and billing information. ETSY keeps your payment information secure. We do not have access to any payment information such as credit cards and billing addresses. If a change needs to be made to your billing information, you’ll need to contact ETSY.
We accept Paypal, Credit Cards, Debit Cards.
For Paypal E-Check payments: your order will not ship until the check has cleared (approximately 5 business days)

Gift wrapping and packaging
All chains will be gift wrapped in tissue then bubble wrap and bubble mailer.
Earrings and pendants will then be placed in a small, strong gift box, placed in a bubble mailer, ready to face the world!
For multiple item orders, for example three pairs of earrings, they will be packed in one larger gift box. If you would like individual gift boxes for giving, no problem, just let me know when buying.
You must let me know if you require a special delivery address and message, gift card, for free.

We don’t want your special moment to fade.
To maintain the quality of your new mignon&mignon jewelry, please:
- Remove it when going to sleep, pool, beach, or spa
- Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners. Never use chemical jewelry cleaners as these will do more harm than good.
- For light cleaning, gently polish with a dry, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching. Avoid water when cleaning.
- Store your beloved jewelry in a cool dry place.
Sizing details
Necklace chains and extender chains are measured from the very end to end, including clasps etc.
I can make you any length of chain required.
Custom and personalized orders
We have created for you a varied list of pictograms and fonts that you can find on each of our product sheets.If, however, you want a pictogram or a font that is not proposed, do not hesitate to send us a message and we will see together if your request for customization is feasible.Please note that we cannot engrave logos/designs of trademarks, licenses or other vendors.
Custom and personalized orders
If you need a shorter or longer chain, please let us know the total length of chain you need at checkout (up to 24"). If it is longer than 19", we might charge you a little extra.
Most of detailed customization and personalized request can be left on a buyer's note when checking out.

Cleaning Stainless Steel Jewelry :
Stainless steel jewelry is pretty easy to clean. Pour some warm water in a small bowl, and add some mild dishwashing soap. Dip a soft, lint-free cloth in the soapy water, and then gently wipe the stainless steel jewelry with the damp cloth until the piece is clean. Wipe the remaining soap off your jewelry using a moist cloth dipped in clean water. Dry the jewelry well with a clean towel, and then leave your pieces to air dry.
WARNING about toothpaste clean : Keep in mind, that toothpaste is abrasive, if you decide to use it for cleaning, make sure it is a non-whitening brand that does not contain silica, and use a soft cloth to rub the paste onto your pieces.
Cleaning Resin Jewelry :
Abrasives : Sometimes a damp microfibre, chammy or silk cloth will polish your piece nicely or you can use plastic polish.
Water: Do NOT submerge your jewellery pieces in water. Resin is NOT water proof, only water resistant. So please remember to remove your jewellery before showers, swimming, washing up etc.
Sunlight: Store your jewellery out of direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the resin to discolour and soften.
Chemicals : Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals and cleaning products. This includes perfume, hair spray, cleaning solutions, nail polish remover, antibacterial hand sanitiser etc.
Can I change or cancel my order?
- How can I change my order?If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible by message. Any changes (excluding shipping address) to your order more than 6 hours after the time of purchase may be refused.- How can I cancel my order?Once your order has been validated, we immediately start production of the personalized items. You have 6 hours to cancel your order.
